This layout features one of the coolest characters in Bleach (well, I think so!). It's Ishida Uryuu! If he didn't wear glasses, he would look like Sasuke from Naruto. He even SOUNDS like him (that same sexy voice, hahaha). No, this layout is not a rip-off of "The Last Samurai". xP He IS the last Quincy. Quincy is the name of a race in Bleach that use large, glowing bows to attack Hollows (bad spirits). They were all killed by the Death Gods and Ishida is the only living Quincy.
